To spread his wings
Occasionally, I let him loose when I think it's pretty safe. This happened sometime last month (28th August to be exact). Venue - Robertson Quay area I think. I'm bad with that area and the Shenton Way area ok...
Celine, We didn't go there to eat. I went back to my ex-company for an interview and decided to hang out at Robertson Quay for a while since it was nearby. You're right though, the pic was taken beside one of those jap restaurants.
